Upon entering, you will be welcomed by the authentic atmosphere of the old flour mill, where the industrial features have been carefully preserved and combined with a warm, vintage decor. Each space in the brasserie has its own unique character and possibilities:

• The Brasserie:
  The heart of our location, located in the historical part of the flour mill, accommodates up to 150 guests. The recently renovated decor exudes a homely atmosphere with a French twist, ideal for large dinners and events.
  
  
• The Conservatory:
  Attached to the main building, the conservatory offers a lovely outdoor feel and can be fully opened during the summer months. With space for 30 seated and 50 standing guests, this space is perfect for intimate gatherings and receptions.
  
  
• The Pantry:
  The central part of our restaurant serves as a cozy lounge area, ideal for small groups. Welcome drinks for our cooking workshops are also served here.
  
  
• The Cooking Studio:
  For an interactive and fun experience, our cooking studio accommodates up to 30 people. Perfect for corporate outings or bachelor parties, where teams cook together and then enjoy their culinary creations.
  
  
• The Flour Attic:
  A charming space on the top floor of the flour mill, accessible via stairs. Ideal for private dining or meetings, featuring a large table for 12 people, a screen, and a flipboard.
  
  
• The Garden House:
  Located in our beautiful garden, the garden house offers a private space with a large garden and tent. Inside, 30 seated and 45 standing guests can enjoy a private event, completely separate from the brasserie.
  
  
• The Greenhouses:
  For a unique experience in our garden, we have three greenhouses that accommodate about 2 people each. Perfect for an inspiring private meeting or dinner.
