Prison & Break-out bar

The Break-out bar used to be used as a library. In the Dome Prison, this functioned just like a public library. Inmates could borrow books here for a certain period of time. They were also allowed to read a book or newspaper here for one hour per week.  

Education was also an important aspect for the inmates. The Prison bar used to be used as a classroom. Inmates could take various classes here. It was important for inmates to have this opportunity, as it helped them transition back into society more easily.
