De Gebedsruimte werd gebruikt om kerkdiensten te houden. De ene week een dienst voor protestanten en de andere week voor katholieken. Bij elke dienst mochten er maximaal 40 gedetineerden aanwezig zijn. Een dienst duurde anderhalf uur.
