Deze unieke ruimte in het souterrain heeft een eigen bar, een akoestische isolatielaag tegen het plafond, LED-spots en is volledig geluiddicht en te verduisteren. Daardoor is MIN1 zeer geschikt voor live muziek, een DJ en/of multimedia producties.

In de ruimte bevinden zich houten luchtkanalen waar vroeger koude lucht naar binnen blies om de landbouwproducten te bevriezen. Nu zijn deze kanalen hergebruikt voor het koel- en ventilatiesysteem.
