The large windows in the Machine Room offer a view of the marina and the IJssel river. In this room with thick original cooling doors and control panels, all the machines used to regulate low temperatures to cool the summer butter were once located.

The Machine Room can be highlighted and furnished in many different ways. This space also combines well with the Cooling House Café with its bar and wood stove. You then have the entire ground floor exclusively at your disposal. The Machine Room is used for parties, workshops, lectures, theater, music performances, dinners, fairs, and markets.
