The Library is located on the backside facing the Maas River at the Hotel New York building. It is a medium-sized, warm, and colorful room with bookshelves reaching up to the ceiling. These authentic bookshelves are filled with books and other materials from the Holland America Line era. The room features a permanent stage for live music and presentations. From the room, there is a partial view of the Maas River and the Rotterdam skyline. The Library is popular among private guests who enjoy organizing their lunch, dinner, or drinks there due to the cozy atmosphere.
