The Library is located on the back-Maas side of the Hotel New York building. It is a medium-sized, warm, and colorful room with bookshelves reaching up to the ceiling. These authentic bookshelves are filled with books and other materials from the Holland America Line era. In the room, there is a fixed stage for live music and presentations. From the room, there is a partial view of the Maas River and the Rotterdam skyline. The Library is popular among private guests who enjoy organizing their lunch, dinner, or drinks there due to the cozy atmosphere.
And business guests enjoy meeting or presenting there because of the non-standard business atmosphere: important decisions can be made in a homely setting!
