Welcome to Vlieland! On this beautiful island, you won't find a busy boulevard, but you will experience the sound of the wind and the sea like nowhere else. WestCord Strandhotel Seeduyn is located in a place that can truly be called unique. Nowhere in the Netherlands will you find a hotel so free and close to the sea: the hotel is situated on the first row of dunes with a view of the sea and the expansive North Sea beach. The hotel has 151 hotel rooms and apartments with views of the dunes or the North Sea, with a balcony or terrace. The 34 spacious apartments are suitable for 2 to 6 people.

The village of Oost-Vlieland can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Guests of Strandhotel Seeduyn can use public transport for free.

Strandhotel Seeduyn has nine comfortable meeting rooms, of which no less than six can be connected. We welcome groups of up to 500 people. All rooms have natural light and views of the dunes, beach, or the North Sea. The rooms are equipped with all modern audiovisual equipment and can be arranged entirely to your liking. All rooms have direct natural light and are located in the hotel for easy and quick access from our restaurants and rooms.

Strandhotel Seeduyn can rightly be called a full-service hotel. The hotel features a restaurant with a terrace, a breakfast restaurant, an extensive WellCome Wellness with 900 m2 of wellness facilities, a heated indoor pool, tennis courts, bowling alleys, a separate bar, a riding school, and as the cherry on top, a private beach pavilion called 't Badhuys.

Six meeting rooms are located in a beautiful separate space with a view of the dunes or the beach. Due to the flexible layout, the rooms can be combined into one large space. Our location is therefore excellent for congresses, training sessions, and other large gatherings. 

Our Lighthouse Lounge is a space that can be used in various ways. Think of it as a gathering place, an intimate dinner, a meeting room, or even a wedding venue. The standard setup of the lounge is a comfortable living room with cozy lounge sofas, love seats, and a fireplace. You have a beautiful view over the island and the Vlieland lighthouse. Additionally, the room is equipped with a projector, screen, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player for any presentations.

On behalf of the hotel, Island Events organizes courses, meetings, seminars, staff outings, or company parties on the Wadden Islands. Whether it’s a meeting for ten people or a corporate event for 400 people. No event is the same for us. Each request will be handled with care, and personal wishes will be reflected in a customized quote. As islanders, we have the right contacts and local knowledge.
