Paushuize

It is not possible to park at Paushuize. However, there are several parking garages nearby.

The location is very easily accessible by public transport. The location is in the heart of Utrecht and is easily accessible. Janskerkhof bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Utrecht Central Station is a 15-minute walk to the location. With a public transport bicycle you can reach Paushuize within 5 minutes from Utrecht Central Station.

There are several hotels available for an overnight stay in the Paushuize area.

It is not possible to bring your own caterer. We work together with the caterer Qeet. Qeet operates sustainably and socially; they have a positive impact on people and the planet. They work locally and source everything as close as possible. For catering, they source ingredients from the Netherlands and follow the seasons, so they only cook with what nature has to offer at that moment.

7.1 After an Agreement has been concluded, the Client can only cancel the Agreement in writing. With the exception of the Client's right as described in paragraph 2, changing the date of the event at the Client's request is regarded as a cancellation for which the Client owes cancellation costs as included in paragraph 3. 7.2 If the event planned by the Client cannot take place due to government reasons for reasons related to national security and/or national health, the Client has the right to change the date of the event, as included in the Agreement, subject to reimbursement of the costs already incurred by the User. If the Client does not wish to exercise this right, the Client will owe cancellation costs as included in paragraph 3. 7.3 If an assignment given to the User is canceled in whole or in part for whatever reason, the Client is obliged to pay compensation to the User according to the following schedule, calculated on the contract price: a. in the event of cancellation after confirmation of the order, the Client is obliged to pay 10% of the contract price to the User; b. in the event of cancellation less than 15 working days before the said time, the Client is obliged to pay 25% of the contract price to the User; c. in the event of cancellation less than 10 working days before the said time, the Client is obliged to pay 50% of the contract price to the User; d. in the event of cancellation less than 5 working days before the said time, the Client is obliged to pay 75% of the contract price to the User; e. In the event of cancellation less than 3 working days before the said time, the Client is obliged to pay 100% of the contract price to the User.

Paushuize can be reached by car, but not easily. Paushuize is located in the center of Utrecht, so we recommend coming by (public transport) bicycle or public transport.
