Maaspoort is the largest event and conference venue in North and Central Limburg. Centrally located in the cozy city center of Venlo with a beautiful view over the Maas.
We discuss the goals and wishes and based on that, we come up with a suitable customized solution. This makes our services interesting for companies, conferences, and events, but also for small organizations, artists, agencies, and amateur associations. From meetings to congresses, you are taken care of from A to Z. 

General
The Maaspoort has three theater halls. The Hela hall (750 guests), the Frans Boermans hall (350 guests), and the Piet Kingma hall (220 guests), and additionally has four sub-rooms/meeting rooms, four foyers, a Theater hotel, two restaurants, and a fantastic rooftop terrace. Every year, hundreds of events take place in all shapes and sizes. From small to large, for every occasion, the right space and atmosphere. Making an impact together with beautiful events and gatherings. That’s what we’re here for.

Livestream
In the Maaspoort, it is possible to record and share an event, conference, presentation, or performance via the advanced streaming installations in the Hela hall and Frans Boermans hall.
We specialize in providing various types of livestreams at a high quality level. We facilitate and think along about the way of recording and broadcasting to achieve a professional result. Organizations that have used our streaming services experience it as 'sublime'.

Meeting location in the city center
We have 4 meeting rooms suitable for gatherings of up to 60 people. Combine a meeting, session, or presentation with our walking routes through the city center or a lunch at Bistro de Luif. The rooms are equipped with all conveniences such as air conditioning, presentation facilities, and stationery.
