Huis Verwolde

A 'hidden gem in the woods' in neoclassical style in the beautiful Achterhoek. Huis Verwolde is a nobleman's house from the 18th century and is surrounded by a splendid park with various lawns. 

The Orangery
The Orangery was built at the same time as the Coach House. The architectural style matches that of the main house. After the war, the Orangery was renovated and made suitable for habitation. Now, it is a charming location for business activities such as weddings, meetings, and receptions.

The Orangery is a stylish location for groups of up to about fifty people. In nice weather, the adjacent terrace is also available for you, whether for the reception, dinner, or the party. We like to work with local caterers who can take care of your entire day, ensuring that nothing is missing. 

The Coach House
The Coach House with the horse stable was built in 1890. The interior of the coach house is still largely original. Our Coach House has been renovated into a cozy and comfortable accommodation with 3 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, a sauna, and a large living area with original historical elements.
