Hal4.1 in Rotterdam is a multifunctional event location on the Nieuwe Maas with a stunning view of the skyline. HAL4 by the Maas is a unique and surprising venue for your conference or meeting. We are a so-called all-in location, which means you almost immediately know what you will spend on organizing your event. With us, there is no long list of additional costs, but a price that includes the use of lighting, sound, furniture, stage, dressing rooms, etc. The entire location is also equipped with air conditioning, so you can welcome your guests in a pleasant atmosphere even in the summer.

The industrial vibe of the building, originally a machine workshop on the grounds of the Rotterdam Water Company, has been preserved as a conference and event location after a thorough renovation and recent restyling.

Hal4 by the Maas is located next to the stately Water Tower in Kralingen-Crooswijk and is easily accessible from the highway, the water, and public transport. A big plus of Hal4 by the Maas is the free parking, so your guests won't face high parking costs after your meeting.

Theater Hall
The Theater Hall has a capacity for conferences and dinners for up to 250 people and corporate and staff parties for up to 450 people. In combination with the Maas Lounge, HAL4 by the Maas is suitable for parties of up to 600 people. We also have two break-out rooms.

The Theater Hall is fully furnished with various furniture in a stylish and modern ambiance. The hall is equipped with a fixed stage, sufficient theater lighting, sound, and projection equipment.

Maas Lounge
The Maas Lounge on the first floor offers a magnificent view of the Maas. When you stand outside on the balcony, you can breathe in the harbor atmosphere of Rotterdam.
This fully equipped and modern room has a capacity for conferences and dinners for up to 120 people and parties for up to 150 people.
