E-Deck offers an exceptionally convenient parking facility designed to cater to all our visitors' needs. Nestled amidst the serene landscapes between Apeldoorn and Deventer, our venue is remarkably accessible by car, making it a prime location for guests traveling from various regions. Our expansive parking lot boasts 175 parking spaces, ensuring ample room for vehicles of all sizes. Whether you're attending a large event or a more intimate gathering, finding a spot is hassle-free, allowing you to transition from your journey to our venue with ease. In alignment with our commitment to sustainability and the growing trend towards electric vehicles, E-Deck has installed 10 state-of-the-art charging stations. These are strategically placed within the parking lot to offer convenient access for electric car owners. The charging stations are equipped with the latest technology to provide a fast and efficient charging experience, ensuring that your vehicle is powered up and ready to go when you are. Our parking facility is designed with our guests' convenience and the environment in mind, offering a seamless and eco-friendly visit to E-Deck. Whether you're here for a day-long event or a brief visit, our parking lot and charging stations are at your disposal to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

E-Deck is also easily accessible by public transport. From Apeldoorn or Deventer, you can conveniently take a bus, followed by a short walk to our location. For those who prefer to travel directly from the station to E-Deck, we offer the option to arrange taxi transportation. This ensures a smooth and comfortable arrival, whether you're coming by bus or taxi.

At the airport, there are various options for overnight stays. We are happy to advise you on transportation options for your guests to and from these hotels.

E-Deck collaborates with various caterers. Should this not meet your needs, you are welcome to bring another caterer in consultation. No problem!

At E-Deck, you can host a party night until 01:00 AM. An outdoor party is also possible. If desired, there is the option to apply for a permit for an indoor party night that can last until 03:00 AM. However, we can only do this a few times a year. Due to our location, the neighbors experience little disturbance from us.

On our website, you will find our general terms and conditions. Regarding cancellation, it states the following: Cancellation must always be in writing, where the date on which E-Deck receives the cancellation in writing is considered the date of cancellation. Changes to the event times can only be made by the Lessee after approval by E-Deck. If the Lessee changes the times of the Event within seven days before the start date, E-Deck may charge additional costs. Cancellation fees are based on the period until the start date of the event and are determined as follows: Up to 90 days before the start of the Event: 50% of the agreed rental sum. Between 89 and 30 days before the start: 75% of the agreed rental sum. Between 29 and 14 days before the start: 100% of the agreed rental sum. Between 13 days and the start date of the Event: 100% of the contract sum.

E-Deck is very accessible by car. The airport is located between fields and villages between Apeldoorn and Deventer. We have a large parking lot with 175 spaces and 10 charging stations for electric cars.
