Gooiland Hilversum: A Modern Iconic National Monument Making an Impact with Your Event? It Happens at Beeld & Geluid. A unique venue nestled in the heart of Dutch media, brimming with inspiration, energy, and substance.

Beeld & Geluid, located in the Media Park in Hilversum, is available for rent as a unique venue for corporate gatherings of 15 to 1,500 people. The colorful building stands out, not only due to its modern glass panels on the facade but also for what they represent. A total of 1,122 stills from iconic TV moments create an impressive work of art on these glass panels.

Not only do we welcome you to an inspiring location, but we're also here to meticulously facilitate your online, hybrid, or live event, providing all the necessary amenities.

Rooms:

THEATER 1
This modern hall is suitable for plenary gatherings of up to 190 people in a fixed cinema-style setup. Unique LED lighting allows you to customize the color of the walls and ceiling as desired. From the side room of the hall, you'll have a stunning view of the Willem Duys Pond and Beeld & Geluid's garden. Upon request, a special dressing room is at your disposal.

THEATER 2
Theater 2 is on the ground floor and is suitable for gatherings, presentations, and events of up to 90 people in a theater setup. A flexible arrangement is possible for smaller groups. Like Theater 1, the walls are adorned with special LED lighting to create the atmosphere of your choice.

Both theater halls come equipped with everything you need: projector, large screen, wireless handheld and/or headset microphones, a laptop for your presentation, and, of course, a reliable, high-speed internet connection. Basic technical support for your event is included in the room rental fee.

EVENT FLOOR
This modern space is located within the new Media Museum and is guaranteed to make an impact on your guests. Perfect for presentations, lectures, or film screenings. The space features a state-of-the-art media reactor that can be customized to match your own branding.

ATRIUM
The colorful and spectacular architecture of the Atrium provides a stunning backdrop for your reception, lunch, dinner, or party. The enormous glass wall, forming the Wall of Fame of the television world, the impressive high ceiling that captures light differently every hour, and the robust stone depth of the "canyon" where Beeld & Geluid's treasures are stored—all these elements make the Atrium a unique venue for your event.

BenG LAB 1 AND 2
These identical rooms have a fresh look, flexible arrangements, and can accommodate groups of up to 40 people in a theater setup. Table setups are available for smaller gatherings. For presentations, workshops, or masterclasses, you can use the 75-inch LED screen in combination with your own laptop. Technical support at the start of your event is included in the room rental fee.

Top 2000 Café
The Top 2000 Café is set up at Beeld & Geluid in the Atrium every year from mid-November to the Christmas holidays. It's possible to exclusively rent this unique and temporary space for a reception, dinner, or party. The space is limited, so be sure to reserve it in advance!

Enrich Your Event
Take advantage of our extensive archive as part of your event. When you enter the building, you literally walk over the archive. Look down from the 16-meter bridge into the depths. Here lies a rich collection of media history. And you can use it for your event because our visual material will strengthen your event. Think of an informal quiz about 70 years of television or an informative presentation on Fake News. In our archive, you'll find supporting visuals for an entertaining quiz or an educational webinar. We have everything you need to shape your event according to your wishes using audiovisual media. We have the resources necessary to make your gathering a success.

Your Life in Media
Don't forget to combine your event with a visit to our inspiring museum. This visit is included with your event, so you won't want to miss it. Beeld & Geluid is the world's first interactive Media Museum. In the Media Museum in Hilversum, you'll find everything you want to know about modern developments in the media. Not only that, you'll personally experience how you engage with contemporary media.

Enhance your event or meeting with a workshop or training
Join your colleagues in one of our workshops. Think of a workshop on Fake News, the Boundaries of Humor workshop, or our VR Escape Game, all created with footage from the archive. In the VR Escape Game, you and your team dive into Beeld & Geluid's archive to crack the code. It's fantastic for team-building.

We've also developed various quizzes. Consider the nostalgic "70 years of television" quiz or the "Music Pub Quiz."
