Amstel Boathouse

At Amstel Boathouse, parking is free as long as space is available! If our parking spaces are full, street parking is available nearby. PLEASE NOTE: Street parking is subject to charges. Additionally, we have our own jetty where you can dock your boat during your lunch or dinner on our terrace. It can also serve as an arrival point for your wedding or corporate gathering!

RAI Station is located a 15-minute walk from Amstel Boathouse. Additionally, there is a tram stop for line 4 near our location, followed by a 15-minute walk to Amstel Boathouse. Anticipating a large number of guests using public transportation? We're happy to arrange shuttle services to and from RAI Station or Amstel Station.

Unfortunately, Amstel Boathouse does not have accommodations for overnight stays. However, there are several beautiful hotels within a 5/10-minute drive. We're happy to advise you on transportation options for your guests to and from these hotels, whether by taxi or even by boat.

Amstel Boathouse has its own chef with years of experience. We offer various menus, which can be customized to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Therefore, it is not possible to bring your own catering to Amstel Boathouse.

At Amstel Boathouse, you can enjoy your party until 2:00 AM indoors. Outdoor parties are also possible, but they must end by 11:00 PM and with limited noise levels. If desired, it's possible to apply for a permit for an indoor party lasting until 3:00 AM. However, we can only do this a few times a year. For more information, please contact Amstel Boathouse.

In the event of cancellation, the client is liable to pay compensation/cancellation costs according to the following scale for group reservations for lunch or dinner in the restaurant, from 10 people with a pre-discussed menu: - 7 days or less before the reserved time 50% - 5 days or less before the reserved time 100% Events in the event center of Amstel Boathouse: - More than 365 days before the reserved time: 3% - Between 365 – 180 days before the served time: 10% - Between 180 - 90 days before the served time: 15% - Between 90 – 60 days before the reserved time: 30% - Between 60 – 14 days before the reserved time: 50% - Between 14 - 7 days before the reserved time: 80% - 7 days or less before the reserved time: 100% However, the Client is not obliged to pay the aforementioned compensation insofar as it concerns a cancellation for less than 10% of the specified number of persons, as a result of which the assignment is maintained for the remaining 90% or more, and the cancellation regarding the 10% or less takes place no later than 10 working days before the date of the agreed event.

Amstel Boathouse is easily accessible by car, located directly at the Amsterdam exit of the A2 highway. With this convenient location just outside the city center, you'll experience minimal traffic congestion compared to the busy streets of central Amsterdam. There are various exit routes, making it easily reachable from all parts of the Netherlands.
