Promenade

The multifunctional Promenade can be set up in any desired configuration. It offers ideal opportunities for a trade fair or information market, but can also be used as a plenary space for up to 400 people. Want something different during your meeting? Think about having lunch on the walkway, where you have a fantastic view of the Cycling and Athletics Hall. It's always nice when people are training on the track or in the middle of the field.

The promenade has recently been renovated into a congress center. There is a special plenary setup possible for up to 400 people, where a part of the guests can sit on real mini-stands. These small stands can also be used to create an arena setup. There is a basic technical installation available. Need more AV or a technician during your meeting, we can also take care of this.

The promenade offers 600m2 of space and is therefore very suitable for an informal trade fair floor. The catering in this space is flexible to arrange, both through our mobile buffets or through the use of the two fixed catering points in the room.

The various possibilities of the Promenade come perfectly to fruition when using the Promenade as a space for training sessions, where alternating formal and informal setups can be realized.
