This industrial courtyard was once an outdoor area, but was equipped with a glass roof construction and underfloor heating, making it now a comfortable space with plenty of natural light. The Malerij exudes history through the imposing storage silos, mixing machines, and other industrial heritage that is still present in the space. On the 1st floor, there are walkways connecting the Malerij to adjacent spaces.
