Kgotla-plek

The Kgotlaplek is inspired by a traditional meeting form, the 'Kgotla'. In Botswana, tribal chiefs give all participants the opportunity to share their opinions during a meeting. Only after everyone has had their say does the tribal chief make a well-considered decision.
