The Boiler House, the former boiler room of the old factory, is an atmospheric industrial space with high ceilings and windows, adjacent to the water. 

• Lunch package including coffee/tea and water:
• Half day €45 per person 
• Full day until 17:00 €60 per person 
• No additional room rental with lunch package.
• Prices include VAT.
• Includes projector or 50-inch TV screen with HDMI connection + flip chart.
• Private dining in the Boiler House is possible: we serve various three-course menus or walking dinners starting from €37.50 per person.
• Cocktail receptions are also possible, prices on request.
