This intimate meeting room of 22m2 is located on the first floor of the Villa and has an industrial and business character. Ideal for meetings with a small group.

With the large glass illuminated photos of the life of the Jongerius family and the complex, the room has a sleek appearance. The adjacent pantry can be accessed through a sliding door and can be used for lunch or to sit apart for a while.

This room has a beautiful view of the former Head Office, and in nice weather, the large private balcony can be opened up to the room.

The story behind the room
The Frans room is named after a grandson of Jan Jongerius and the entrepreneur of the year 2011, Frans van Seumeren. Frans was responsible for recovering the submarine Kursk as the director of the salvage company Mammoet and is now the owner of FC Utrecht.
