The Fair at the Base has three transparent dome tents. One large and two small ones for break out sessions. The large one has a capacity of 65 chairs and the small tents each have 20 stools.
In the domes, you are sheltered together, but still in the middle of the fair. The large dome has two 70-inch screens (HDMI) and the small domes each have a 50-inch screen.
Flip charts and whiteboards are available. Sound amplification is not needed in the tents.
