De Underskate

A size smaller than the North Strip; intimate, fully black-out and full of character: the Underskate is our most popular space. It is right next to the gates that connect the warehouse to our Docklands in no time. With its 7-meter high wooden ceiling and 1500m² floor area, it is a versatile space that effortlessly adapts to all your wishes.

The Underskate is easily accessible, with large sliding doors that open to the Docklands. Moreover, you have a beautiful view of the monumental and frequently photographed round wall. The Underskate can be well closed off with curtains or sea containers, allowing you to create your own space(s) without losing the character of the warehouse.
