De Luwte

The Luwte is a unique and special building suitable for a business meeting, lecture, product presentation, or corporate dinner! Be surprised and inspired by the possibilities.

The Luwte is sustainable due to the reuse of various materials. The building is completely constructed from reclaimed and sustainably sourced wood. The walls are made of planks from an old factory floor (over 100 years old!). The rafters are made of spruce sustainably sourced wood, and the roof is made of acacia pruning wood. No forest was cut down, only pruned.

The glass wall is oriented towards the south, providing a significant portion of the building's heating. The remaining heating comes from underfloor heating. The lights operate mainly on sensors.
