With a total of 4,000 m2 of floor space and a height of 12 meters, in De Loodsen you can literally go in any direction with your event. Guests are warmly welcomed on the Inner Courtyard. Through the Industrial Hall, De Loodsen are discovered. The 2 Warehouses can be divided into separate spaces, but also easily combined. Thanks to the overhead doors, cars or even trucks can be driven inside. This makes De Loodsen the perfect location for trade fairs, conferences, staff parties, and other large events.

Industrial look and green experience
Thanks to the use of concrete and steel and the three dock shelters, De Loodsen have an industrial look. By using tall trees reaching up to the roof of the halls, these spaces also exude the desired green experience.
