About

The renovated Goat Barn is traditionally built with wood from our estate and equipped with its own kitchen (including tableware & cooking utensils) and bathroom facilities. The space is heated by a large wood stove and insulated with clay. The beautiful French doors allow plenty of natural light and offer a free view of the impressive nature.

Surrounding the Goat Barn is a large natural outdoor area that you can use for your activity, team day, or gathering. As soon as you step outside the gate, you enter the vast forests and heathlands of Estate Welna. Ideal for breakout sessions, walks, and inspiration.

The Goat Barn can be rented in combination with adjacent houses. In that case, this part of Welna is entirely exclusive for your use. Our group space accommodates about 40 people, and in the nearby houses, you have access to 32 beds (based on 2 persons per bedroom).

Training, coaching, team-building, collaboration, retreats, family gatherings, dining, meetings, commemorations, and funerals all fit perfectly in this setting.
