Het Lichthuis is gevestigd in een voormalige kerk uit 1928 gebouwd op een voormalige duin midden in het groene hart van Zandvoort. De authentieke details komen hier op verrassende wijze terug door het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen in combinatie met materialen uit de kerk.
